Nasser is Chief Executive of NMC Galaxy, specialists in retail consumer credit, retail financial services, FCA compliance, data management, and all aspects of BPO (on-shore and off-shore). Previously he was Financial Services Director at Express Gifts Ltd (main trading business of Findel Plc), responsible for Credit Management, Risk, Collections, Debt Recovery, Financial Products & Services, Customer Operations, including all Call Centres in the UK and abroad; and Back-Office operations.
Nasser is MICM, has a BA (Hons) Business & Finance, and Executive MBA. He plays Squash regularly and other racket sports, as well as football and cricket. He is passionate about Yorkshire, Bradford City, Tottenham Hotspur, travel, and his professional interests.
Nasser is also involved in a number of regional and national advisory and strategic groups.

Having spent seven years within two regional accountancy practices, Sarfraz made the move into industry to work within the finance functions of owner managed SMEs. Utilising the skills and experience gained from the practice environment, Sarfraz was able to make significant contributions to the financial controls of the companies he became involved with and rose rapidly to the most senior finance positions within these organisations.
In 2005, he set up a business providing Interim/part-time FD services and strategic business advice to owner managers of SME businesses, with specific focus on distressed cashflow management, turnaround and restructuring and has helped numerous clients reorganise their businesses to stability and growth. Through his business network, Sarfraz has developed good relations with many of the regions banks, ABLs and private lenders and has advised many clients on corporate finance transactions.
As well as holding the ACCA qualification, Sarfraz also holds an Executive MBA.

Asma Iqbal has been a Partner and Head of Insolvency at Chadwick Lawrence since 2008. Asma works with financially distressed businesses and individuals in finding strategic solutions and guides them through the insolvency process with minimal disruption.
Asma’s main areas of practice include advising business, Directors and Insolvency Practitioners in Corporate pre-insolvency and insolvency situations. Areas of expertise include the corporate restructuring of companies with a view to rescuing the business where commercially viable. Expertise in post insolvency situations include defending directors in antecedent transaction actions brought by Insolvency Practitioners including transactions at undervalue, preference claims, extortionate credit transactions, transactions defrauding creditors, wrongful and fraudulent trading and misfeasance claims. Asma also acts in Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 claims.
Asma advises individuals and insolvency practitioners in personal insolvency matters and acts for foreign creditors in recovering substantial sums due from debtors based in the United Kingdom. Asma is a Committee and Regional Member of the R3 Association of Business Recovery Professionals. She is a Member of the Yorkshire Asian Business Association; she sits on the Advisory Board for the Wakefield Bondholder Scheme; and she is involved with Women in Business initiatives across the Yorkshire region. More recently, she has been actively engaged in the Mosaic Mentoring Scheme for schools in Yorkshire.
Asma was also shortlisted in the Barclays Women in Business Awards in 2015, and nominated for the Businesswoman of the Year Award by T&A Bradford Means Business 2015.

Waqas is a young professional. Having joined KPMG’s Audit practice in 2008 he delivered audit services to a wide industrial cross section for company sizes varying from small owner managed business to Billion Pound turnover firms. He progressed to a managerial position within the Audit function and has now been transitioned into an advisory role within the firm.
Waqas now focuses on large private sector businesses, providing them with Financial Strategy and Transformation advice, with the main focus areas being:
